15 ways to Incorporate Superfoods into Your Daily Routine
I was learning about superfoods a couple months ago and ways to incorporate superfoods into my daily routine. I have successfully done it . So I decided to write a helpful post about how you can also incorporate superfoods into your daily routine and be more healthy.
Superfoods are nutrient-rich foods which are full of antioxidants that help your body cells to protect from damages and reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease and many more also making your body healthy.
Eating superfood everyday is not always possible but i try my best to eat them regularly and tell you fellow wanderer how you can also try to eat superfood and be healthy in our busy life.
The superfoods I like most
There are many kinds of superfood around the world and i can not say i have tested all but i have tested a bunce of superfood and this 11 are my favorite they are:
- Avocados
- Eggs
- Blueberries
- Broccoli
- Salmon (one of sea foods)
- Garlic and onions
- Mushrooms
- Nuts and Seeds
- Sweet Potatoes
- Red meat
- Dark Chocolate
I know you are just thinking “broccoli as a favorite food. Is he right in his mind?” Well as a kid growing up I did not like broccoli but after I learned it is a superfood. I started to try more and try to eat more of it . Now I am going to give you a daily routine to incorporate superfoods into your meal.
Morning plan of superfoods
Superfoods are good for your health. The best time to start is in the morning so you are getting healthy from the beginning of your day.
Breakfast Bliss – Energize with Avocado & Eggs!
Breakfast is very important for your day. If you are good at the beginning of the day, you will have a great day.Today I am going to start with avocado and Eggs.
Avocado is great for your body and boost your brain and eggs are full of protein which when mixed together will give you a boost in the morning to make you healthy and strong for your work that you have to do during your work time.
I like Creamy avocado slices cuddling up to perfectly scrambled eggs. Giving a delightful balance of healthy fats and protein. It’s like a sunrise on your plate, filling you with energy and starting your day with a bang!
Supercharge with Blueberry Blast Smoothie
I have my breakfast at 8 am and when it’s 10 to 10:30 am I go to get a smoothie for a little boost of energy. I try to eat superfood smoothies . I call it mid-morning pick-me-up!
Blend together the juicy blueberries, tangy Greek yogurt, and a drizzle of honey. This Superfood smoothie is a burst of antioxidants and vitamins that’ll have you feeling like you are a superhero ready to take on the world!
If you don’t like those 3 you can blend some variety of superfoods such as spinach, kale, berries, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and spirulina into your morning smoothie for a nutrient-packed start to the day.
Mid-day plan of superfoods
Lunchtime Hero – Salmon & Broccoli Adventure
I have lunch around 1 to 2 pm. Now I am tired from my morning work and want to eat a lot so I go with salmon and broccoli.
Salmon is a sea food and sea foods are full of omega-3 which wake up our nervous system. If you feel tired or sleepy during lunch time you should try eating seafood and so have something green. I like to eat broccoli.

Congratulation, if you are still reading wanderer. after a energy full of day its time to dinner. I believe that if you eat healthy before you sleep you will have a wonderful nice night sleep and wake up refresh in the morning.

I have my dinner at 8 to 9 pm. and my favorite this i call potato-heltyion. this is my recipe where i make normal sweet potatoes test more nice.
